France needs pastors, leaders, and churches equipped to faithfully live and proclaim the Gospel in a post-Christian culture.
The question is not simply how to maintain the churches we have. The question is: who will lead, serve, plant, and strengthen the churches of the next generation?
UNEPREF brings together 46 churches across France. These are real congregations with real pastors, elders, and deacons — and a growing need for the next generation of leaders to walk alongside them.
Without intentional investment, a generation of potential leaders and churches may remain under-equipped for the challenges of ministry in France.
But that is not the end of the story. The transformation we are working toward is a shift from simply maintaining churches to developing leaders and engaging France with the Gospel.
God is raising up men and women who will serve His Church, proclaim the Gospel, plant churches, strengthen congregations, and engage their communities.
